After
reentering the Windy area after beating Spooky, go
to the barbed-wire area near the wasps’ home
to see that a previously closed door is now open.
Jump over the barbed wire and enter the door.
PART
1: Sign-up Station/Harbor
As
soon as you enter the harbor area, you’ll bear
witness to the crashing of a bomber plane, smack dab
in the middle of the harbor exit. The Sergeant will
appear and give you your objectives. When the cutscene
ends, jump in to the water in the middle of the harbor.
There is an eel in here that will kill you if you
stay still, so swim around to avoid him. Dive underwater
and swim through the looped-shaped capacitors (while
the eel is following you). The eel will swim through
the capacitors also, powering it up. After you do
this to the three capacitors underwater, the eel will
die, powering up the harbor in the process. After
this is done, jump out of the water and go back to
the entrance of the area. There is a box here that
is set in a trench. Push the box so that it is right
in front of a ramp next to the entrance (you’ll
learn why in a minute). When this is done, climb up
the ramp and knock on the bathroom door. After the
cutscene, push the TNT to the ramp. Normally he would
slide down the ramp, down into the water and explode,
but since you pushed the box in front of the ramp,
he’ll stop against the box. That’s why
you did it, see? Now you have two choices: the left
path or the right path. It’s your choice. There
will be boxes and mines to navigate, so take precaution!
Once you have reached the end of the path, the TNT
will sit down next to the half-sunken plane. Go to
the end of the middle path of the harbor to see a
previously sunken B Pad there. Press B and then you
must hit the fuse of the TNT with your flaming ammo.
BAM! Now repeat the whole process again, but this
time go down the other path. Once the plane is gone,
go down to the boat near the first set of hopping
boxes.
PART
2: The Beach/The Last Assault
After
the cutscene ends, scramble up the to the right and
to the first cover zone (those oddly shaped objects
in the sand. It would be wise to follow your comrade
squirrels, because they know the path best.) When
the Tediz stop to reload, go go go to the next cover
zone. Repeat until you reach the end and a cutscene
kicks in. After it ends, press B to lock n’
load. There is chocolate to the right near the Tediz’
base doors if you’ve taken damage (probably).
After that, shoot the lock on the door near the dead
squirrel to start your rampage.
PART
3: Inside The Tediz’ Base
After
the mysterious cutscene, press and hold down the R
button to bring up your crosshair sights. DO NOT let
go of the R button, even for a single instant, or
you’ll seriously regret it. Press the top C
button to walk forward (press the left C and right
C buttons to strafe) and press the back C button to
move backward. Ambush! Target the Tediz on top of
the crates first. After that, hunt down the remaining
Tediz. You must kill all the Tediz in the area for
the large door to open. Put away your weapons. You’re
safe for now. AVOID TOUCHING THE LASERS AT ALL COSTS.
You will lose two chocolates every time you touch
one. To get past the first laser obstacle, super jump,
and, at the peak of your jump, helicopter over the
top laser (don’t worry if you miss the first
time, it took a lot of tries for me, too). If you
do it correctly, you’ll pass by without a single
scratch. The second set of lasers is pretty easy.
Simply crawl (duck and then move the control stick)
under each one.
BE
CAREFUL. After you pass the second laser obstacle,
pull out your weapons and get ready for another ambush.
Use the R button strategy I explained earlier (actually,
use this strategy when confronting any Tediz or enemy).
Carefully walk down the next hallway until you reach
the first crate. It is wise to listen to the music
here. It will pick up pace and excitement for a second
when a Tediz is around. Anyhoo, at the first crate,
the music will jump, alarms will sound, and a Tediz
will jump out from behind the crate. Rapidly move
backward while firing furiously. Aim for the HEAD.
After he’s gone, reload, then walk down to the
second crate. More Tediz will emerge. Back away fast
and fire. The reason for backing away is because the
Tediz will try to stab you rather than shoot you,
so if you’re close to them, you’re an
easy target. After they are dead, reholster your weapons
and confront the third laser obstacle. Before you
do however, take out your weapons again and walk towards
the lasers. A Tediz will jump up on the crate and
start to shoot at you. Do that to him before he does
to you and put away your weapons. Then get ready to
get past the laser obstacle. Aim for the chocolate
in the middle and jump. You just need to do a regular
jump and a helicopter to get through. IMMEDITATELY
take out your weapons and start shooting like hell.
After the Tediz are dead, continue on with your weapons
out. Some Tediz will ambush you along the way. The
last set of lasers is easy enough. Crawl under them
(or you can simply walk underneath the tall end of
the lasers.). Some Tediz behind and on top of the
boxes here. After you roast them all, go to the elevator
and watch an exciting cutscene. Shcramble shcramble
shcramble! As soon as you enter the next area, you’ll
see a large ventilation grate over head. Take out
your weapons (if you haven’t already done so)
and slowly R button walk (I’ll call it that
from now on) toward the grate. Whoa! Kill the couple,
then proceed to the laser obstacle. (Take note: These
grates are situated at various points around the hallway.
You have been warned.) Pretty easy one here, too.
I’d advise you to land in the gap with the chocolate,
but you can continue on, if you’re confident.
The box right past the lasers holds some Tediz. Stop
in the chocolate gap and shoot the one that leaps
onto the box. Jump over the last remaining laser and
immediately take out your weapons again. Kill them
all! Down the next hallway, you’ll encounter
flamethrowing enemies. Stop, wait until they reload,
then walk past. Note: Keep your weapons drawn at all
times. You’ll never know what will happen. After
the flamethrower hallway, you’ll encounter a
new variety to the laser obstacle: vertical lasers!
Now don’t panic, these are actually easy to
navigate, so long as you keep the R button down. Keep
those weapons out, remember? Tediz will also come
out of the corners of the hallways too, so be prepared.
Ok, the next flamethrower hallway. This one is a little
bit harder, since you need to jump past some lasers
too. Holster your weapons, then wait for the first
flamethrower to reload. Helicopter across the lasers.
Don’t go too far! A second flamethrower is right
after the lasers, so land the second you clear the
lasers. Continue down the hallway, maiming, mutilating,
and basically killing the Tediz along the way. At
the exit, you’ll encounter your hardest laser
obstacle yet. Try to aim for the chocolate when you
jump, but it’s pretty hard. You’ll probably
slam into one laser along the way, but don’t
fret! You’re not dead, at least.
PART
4: The Morgue
After
the funny cutscene, hold down the R button. DON’T
MOVE. The scientist Tediz run around like rabbits,
so it’s easy to stand in one spot and make a
target contest of the whole mess. After you kill enough,
a large scientist will appear and start to run around.
This one takes a few more hits than the average ones,
so keep that trigger down! After the death rattle
from his throat dies, the light above the door at
the far end will turn lightgreen, signaling you have
cleared the area and you can stop shooting. Go to
the corner to the right of the door and talk to the
captured squirrel soldier. Now you have a choice:
the left lever or right lever. It doesn’t really
matter, as any lever you pull will send a 5,000 volt
charge through the squirrel’s small body (but
really, he doesn’t die. So no worries.). Pull
the other lever to open the door. Pull out your weapons
and continue on, soldier!
PART
5: The Turret
After
the cutsecne, immediately run to the stack of crates
to the right. Wait until the Tediz reloads, then run
to the next stack. Repeat until you reach the turret
itself. NEVER STOP MOVING. To stop is to have a death
wish, except if the Tediz is reloading. There is chocolate
situated around the turret. You can grab them without
fear, as the turret cannot hit you when you’re
so close. When you’re at maximum health, run
to the rope that is against the wall next to the turret.
You may want to time your ascent, but it sort of doesn’t
matter, because it takes a second for the turret to
relocate you, and by the time it does, you’ve
climbed the rope and taken refuge behind the pipe.
Wait there for it to reload again, then run all the
way to the end of the box path. B Pad time! Bazooka
time! Blast that @#\\$%& straight to hell. When
he’s gone to the Great Turret in the Sky, hop
onto the now vacated turret. Here’s the fun
part. It’s a Tediz shooting gallery! They will
come from one direction, then the other, then finally
both directions at once. My strategy is to fire in
controlled bursts, and to reload regularly, so you
don’t get caught with your pants down. After
they are all gone, the door at the end of one of the
hallways will open, allowing for you to continue.
PART
6: Saving Private Rodent/Air Raid!
The
captured Private Rodent is tied to a pole in front
of a firing squad of Tediz. Slowly R button walk behind
the Tediz, then fire! Target the leader first, on
account he throws grenades. After the firing squad
is gone, talk to the Private. Go up to the narrow
path to the right. There is no need for your weapons
here, so put them away. Watch out for the bombs! Their
shadows will appear a second before they hit, so avoid
stepping beneath the shadows. Also, when a proximity
mine appears, quickly do as Private Rodent says, get
behind him! You won’t be harmed from the explosion
as long as you’re behind Rodent. Make your way
up the narrow path, making sure Rodent is following
you, then stop at the bridge. A cutscene will kick
in. After that, jump onto the boat in the water to
the right of the bridge. Bazooka time again! This
is the hardest task you must do yet. You have a two-pronged
threat this time. One is the bullets from the sniper
nests above, and the other is the parachuting Tediz
that deploy from airplanes above. You can bazooka
the Tediz to buy some time, but another wave will
soon arrive. If you need cover, dive into the water.
That’s all I can say about that. Anywho, what
you must do is shoot the glowing buttons sticking
out of the humongous lock. Once they are all blasted
off, the lock will break, allowing entrance to the
base. Run like the wind!
PART
7: Chemical Warfare
After
the cutscene, hop into the tank and press the R button.
Shoot the door that is practically in front of you,
then hop out of the tank. Go inside the blasted door.
This is a straightforward path. Just remember to jump
and helicopter over the toxic pools. Oh, and one more
thing: every time you clear one of the pools, a proximity
mine will come after you. Simply jump back across
the same pool again to draw the mine into the chemicals.
Right, when you reach the end, pull the lever, then
skeedaddle back to the entrance. Hop back into the
tank. The large doors to the right are now open. Drive
the tank to the first raised bridge. Now, this is
a very tricky part, one of the hardest in the whole
chapter. You must destroy the turret tower by shooting
the yellow and black striped parts of each of its
legs. The good news: The turret can’t hurt you
while you’re in the tank. The bad news: The
turret can hurt you while you’re outside the
tank. Oh, did I mention there is a bottomless pit
here? And grenade throwing Tediz? With all this in
mind, you must time yourself so the turret is facing
away from you. When it does, quickly hop out of the
tank, helicopter across the gap, and run up the bridge.
Don’t worry about the grenade Tediz for now.
At the very top of the bridge is a faded B pad. Press
B to turn into an anvil and slam the bridge into position.
Scram back to the tank and drive over the bridge (and
the Tediz hehe). At the next bridge, shoot the second
leg off of the tower, then repeat the whole process
again, starting from timing yourself. Eventually you
will complete a circuit around the tower. When all
of its legs have been shot out, the turret will explode
and fall, creating a hole in the process. Get out
of the tank, balance across the log, and jump into
the hole.
PART
8: Little Girl/Teddifunkin U47
Go
and talk to the little girl at the center of the platform.
It’s a bit unusual she knows a lot about the
enemy attack, and I don’t think it’s from
school. After you talk to her, run to the edge closest
to where the submarines are firing. Again, for this
area, never stop moving. Hint: When the missiles are
launched, their targets are locked. The way to avoiding
missile fire is to move after each launch. Once you
locate the subs, wait for a new launch, then carefully
walk down the metallic platform to a bazooka B pad.
Shoot those annoying subs. When you’ve cleared
one spot of subs, move on to the next. The spots are
situated next to each of the surreal tree trunks.
The launches of the missiles intensifies after the
first spot. Clear all three spots, then go back to
talk to the girl.
PART
9: The Experiment
Oh
no! Oh shit! Oh damn! Luckily, you have the tank with
you. Run away from the monster and leap into the tank.
The little girl will then introduce lesson one: ballistics.
Take refuge in one of the tree trunk’s holes.
When the Tediz pauses to reload, quickly pop out and
shoot one of it’s weapons out using the R button.
It would help if you would rotate the turret so it’s
facing the Tediz using the left or right C buttons
so you don’t have to do that when you’re
aiming. After the mini guns are gone, the Tediz will
come after you. Roll away from him, and when you have
a distance form him, bring up your sights and shoot
the little girl from his left hand. The puppet will
throw insults at you. When the Tediz is looking for
his puppet, he’ll expose his back to you. Shoot
the red area in the small hole in his back. When you
damage him, quickly roll back to tone of the tree
trunks and hide. The little girl will then introduce
lesson two: lasers. You can’t hide for this
one, because the lasers have unlimited ammo. Roll
around the edge of the platform, and eventually you’ll
out run the lasers for a moment. Bring up your sights
and shoot off one of the weapons. Then zip around
again and shoot the other. When his weapons are off,
do the same thing again like I described: shoot the
puppet off his hand, etc. The little girl will then
introduce the final lesson: Missiles. Mark Two. Fur
guided. Hide or be destroyed. Your choice. Each of
the two missile launchers will fire four missiles,
so count to eight, pop out, shoot, then hide, because
these weapons reload VERY fast. These also take two
hits to destroy. Now repeat the process again of shooting
off the puppet, and damaging the Tediz. After the
you hit him, he’ll collapse in a heap.
PART
10: Countdown!
CRAP!
Well, at least the timer goes down slowly. You only
have 4 minutes and 30 seconds to get your ass out
of here! Start by dropping into the hole right in
front of you. After jumping over the first set of
lasers, crawl under several beams just left of the
center of the hallway. After you jump over a large
crate, you will come to lasers that cover space high
and low. Get close, duck, jump high, and helicopter
over the top row (VERY HARD). Be warned! In the middle
of your route through the hallway, you will encounter
two Tediz. Kill them quickly and continue on. Next,
climb the box and crawl under the lasers. When you
reach the last room in the bunker, another ambush
of Tediz will appear, just like in the first time.
But this time you will have a bazooka. Clear them
all, then rush out the door.
PART
11 (Final): The Beach (again)
You're
almost home free. My advice: Run. You run your ass
off. Tediz will chase you from behind and in front
of you. Shoot only the Tediz that get in your way.
Otherwise, get the hell out of there! Make you way
to the boat. Rodent will survive, you will be victorious,
and there will be Peace at Last! Finally, you could
get home, get some sleep..what?! Another job?!
On
to The Heist!
